Ce que nous recherchons:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) principal(e), Marketing, qui relèvera du directrice, cheffe du marketing, EMOA. Se concentrant sur notre stratégie pour l’Asie, cette personne adoptera une approche multifacette visant à assurer des efforts de marketing fructueux, qui cadrent avec les dynamiques régionales.
Vos responsabilités:
- Structure : Soutenir le directrice, cheffe du marketing et collaborer avec l’ensemble de l’équipe Marketing à la réalisation de campagnes de mobilisation de capitaux, en analysant le retour sur investissement et en assurant le suivi à l’aide des canaux de marketing appropriés.
- Accent sur l’Asie : Gestion quotidienne et appropriation de toutes les activités de marketing propres à l’Asie (site Web consacré à l’Asie, événements, relations publiques, documents de marketing par courriel et autres contenus).
- Conférences et événements : Soutenir et coordonner la participation de la firme à des événements sectoriels ou la commandite de ceux-ci.
- Ensemble de documents et communications sur la stratégie : Collaborer avec l’équipe Marketing à la production de documents de marketing destinés aux investisseurs. Mettre à jour les brochures, les présentations, les fiches d’information, les courriels et les contenus du site Web.
- Production de courriels et de rapports : Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing et Soutien aux ventes afin de s’approprier la planification et la réalisation de bout en bout des courriels et des rapports mensuels et trimestriels.
- Suivi budgétaire : Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient réalisées dans le respect du budget et soient consignées avec précision conformément au processus budgétaire. Gérer les factures selon les procédures internes.
- Indicateurs clés de performance : S’assurer que toutes les campagnes sont assorties de mesures et d’indicateurs clés de performance clairs, ainsi que rendre compte de leurs résultats.
- Analyse comparative des campagnes : Effectuer des recherches proactives sur les campagnes des concurrents, en se penchant notamment sur leur publicité dans la presse spécialisée et sur leur activité sur le Web. Proposer des idées et recommander des améliorations, le cas échéant.
Exigences requises pour réussir dans ce rôle:
- Des qualifications professionnelles comportant un volet de marketing ou d’études anglaises vous placeraient en bonne position, mais ne sont pas indispensables.
- Une expérience au sein d’un gestionnaire d’actifs mondial assortie d’une expérience en marketing à l’étranger serait préférable, mais pas indispensable.
- Au moins quatre années d’expérience dans le domaine du marketing des services financiers.
- Expérience de l’utilisation de Salesforce, de Pardot, d’InDesign, d’Adobe et de Wordpress.
- Expérience de travail au sein d’une équipe très professionnelle, souvent tenue de respecter des délais serrés.
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation.
- Grand souci du détail.
- Aptitude à communiquer clairement.
- Proactivité, créativité, enthousiasme et capacité à rester calme sous la pression.

Tous les postes au Québec (Montréal et Laval) exigent la maîtrise du français parlé et écrit. Des compétences fonctionnelles en anglais sont également requises pour répondre aux besoins de nos bureaux et de notre clientèle à l’étranger.
