**TLP Recruitment are**currently recruiting for a **Transport Administrator** to join our client’s team in **Southampton**on a Temp-Perm. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for helping control container bookings in and out of the depot, dealing with the generic mail box and daily admin tasks. This role plays a crucial partin ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

**Offer**
- **£24k a year - salary is negotiable depending on experience**:

- **Monday - Friday** - No weekends or bank hols
- **9am**:

- **5pm Monday to Friday**:

- Pension scheme

**Key responsibilities**:

- Booking containers in and out of the container yard, remaining polite and courteous to all customers, colleagues and drivers.
- Actively seeking additional work wherever possible from current customers.
- Maintaining the generic mailbox and sorting through bookings.
- Communicate effectively with the customer base, understand requirements and communicate accurate information on time as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working in fast-paced environment
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong team player
- Attention to detail
