Warehouse Associate

We are looking for people with experience working in a warehouse, supporting the following activities
- Stock Movement
- Stock Pricing
- Checking stock off
- Pump Truck use
- Heavy Lifting
- Taking Deliveries, (Containers and pallets received daily)
- Picking Orders for Shipping
- Packing orders for Shipping
- General Maintenance ie Building shelving and displays for the shop floor and overall DIY skills required.

This position is very unique for a very unique business and will vary from taking deliveries to picking orders for the web sales. We will ideally require you to have general DIY skills because we need the shop floor displays to be built and changed on a regular basis so wood work and tool skills will be perfect however this is not essential.

Any given working day can consist of taking deliveries, booking out internet orders, checking of deliveries, getting stock out for the shop floor, packing of internet orders (which is a large part of the role) moving stock around the warehouse, heavy lifting, pricing of stock and general support of building shelving for the shop floor. Those with a keen eye may also be required to pick orders for the internet sales generated over the Xmas period.

This is a physical role and will be led by clear instructions on a daily basis by the management team so each day may vary to the next depending on the needs of the business.

We will require a minimum of 1 weekend day and 1 late night shift from all successful applicant's. Late Night shifts are 12:00 til 8:00pm

Currently a temporary Christmas position but could lead to a permanent role.

Pay: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
