Since Eagle (G.E.T.) Fabrications LTD formed in October 2010 we have grown considerably in the market place in which we operate, rapidly becoming one of the leading manufacturers of bespoke steel fabrications catering for the quarrying, mining, recycling and waste management sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our growing workshop team.

We are seeking a skilled and capable **Fabrication Foreman** to lead operations and supervise workers in our fabrication shop. As the central point of contact for both team members and management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of production tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee daily operations
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Proven experience as workshop foreman
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Fabrication background
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using relevant software and tool
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
