The job role:
Proactively chasing and communicating with advisers and clients to ensure prompt and accurate production of mortgage offers and smooth case completions
Efficiently claiming procuration fees through our online system
Initiating life and income protection for clients to ensure comprehensive coverage
Assisting the CET Manager with any required tasks
Ensuring timely delivery of our WOW process and sending them to clients
Processing B1G1 giving
Weekly follow-up calls to existing clients to book appointments for rate discussions
Regular communication with solicitors to gather exchange and completion dates
What we are looking for:
Previous administration experience
Excellent skills in Word and Excel
A relentless commitment to doing right by every client
A willingness to embrace change and learn
Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities
