The role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well qualified and experienced Head of EAL to run a successful department and to teach all year groups within this academically selective and dynamic school.

The Head of EAL will take responsibility for the leadership and strategic direction of EAL within the School and the overall direction of the department.
- develop excellence within their teaching and inspire the students
- be committed to delivering EAL across the whole school
- have flair and vision to develop new initiatives within the school
- be instrumental in maintaining a happy and safe environment whilst stretching students to their full potential
- be committed to a boarding and day school ethos
