E-commerce Manager

**Job Title: Ecommerce Manager**

**Location: Peterborough**

**Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)**

**Summary of Position**:
Our client who provide a multiple of solutions to the care market are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their growing team. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the E-Commerce strategy, and lead on technical development to ensure internal and externaldevelopment teams are robust, secure, and effective for our customers.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Developing and controlling delivery of E-Commerce strategy across all digital channels
- Coordinating commercial and strategical activities with the divisions of the business unit
- Control of the budget, the planning, and effective implementation
- Leading technical development alongside internal and external web development teams to ensure robust, secure, and effective experience for company's customers
- Work with the team to create and implement quality marketing campaigns to increase revenue
- Define and prioritise product roadmaps, enabling agile methodologies and an enhanced User Experience
- Lead customer insights research and CRM analysis to improve the customer experience
- Conduct in-depth analysis of web and customer analytics and optimising the E-Commerce platform in response to your findings
- High commercial acumen
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
- Good understanding of the lifecycle of web development projects and marketing campaigns
- Strong experience in coordinating team activities and information flows internally and externally with partners
- To take a hands-on approach to work both in development and continual improvement
- A network of industry contacts to support the development and optimisation of our E-Commerce platforms
- A passionate interest in the Healthcare and Scientific Industries
- Confidentiality in processing sensitive data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of overall Marketing experience
- Experience of delivering high-growth campaigns in a B2B setting
- Relevant marketing qualifications - Degree, CIM or other certificates
