**Your new role**:
You will be working within one of our **Housing Support Services **based in **Auchtermuchty **supporting adults with a rage of complex support needs such as Autism, Hearing Impairment, ADHD, Learning disabilities, Epilepsy, Heller’s syndrome and Asperger’s. Individuals are supported in every element of their lives within the service out in the community, with a focus on person-centred care and you will be required to support their needs while on duty. You will be responsible for ensuring the residents health, safety and wellbeing are maintained while responding to any appropriately to any challenging behaviour or emergency situation which may arise and ensure a positive environment where residents feel at home.

We are currently offering **permanent contracts** between **16-37 hours per week** in return we offer excellent training and development as well as great staff benefits.

**What you will need succeed**:

- Have a natural ability to manage and respond to individual needs
- Be able to work as a team and work 1-2-1 with key individuals
- Adapt to changeable situations and respond to residents needs
- Experience of working within a social care setting or passionate about support work
- Be able to build/develop positive long last relationship with residents
- Flexible to be able to work a variety of shifts to meet the support needs of others
- Reliable
