We're actively recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join our client based in the LS11 area of Leeds on a permanent basis. Working in brand new offices this is an exciting time to join as they are looking to strengthen their Sales and Customer Services team by hiring a Sales Order Processor.
**The role**:
- Processing customers orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Raising invoices, processing returns and issuing credit notes
- Preparing and circulating daily sales report
- Working with other departments in order to provide excellent customer service
- Any other admin duties as and where required
- Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good IT skills, with knowledge of CRM / WMS systems and MS Office
- Able to work within a team as well as on their own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best result possible
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm, with 4.00pm finish on Friday)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
