**Bookkeeper and Payroll admin**
**M&M Muck Services Ltd** is a HGV haulage business that was established in 2020 that has been growing ever since. We are a provide a wide range of services to our customers. Our services include: Waste removal and delivery of aggreagtes.
The job will be located on a working yard on the A46. We share an office container with another business who works on site. You will work alongside the directors and other office memebers during your work hours. We are a small business so pride ourselves on our family-feel work environment. Your hours can be flexible, or made to work around childcare responsibilities, providing all your work responsibilities are still fulfilled during the week.
**Job Description**:
**Requirements**:
Accountacy or book-keepong expereince or qualification. A knowledge of Xero accountacy software is useful but not essential. Knowledge or experience of payroll is also not essential but please be aware this will be make up a considerate amount of your work load.
**Responsibilities**:
**Daily entry of data into financial records as required by management.**
- Daily reconciliation of accounts payable & receivable as well as other financial transactions.
- Processing invoices & payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Processes bank statements & balance sheet reconciliations as needed.
- Communication with accountants for filing.
- Entry of assets and hire purcahses and montioring of finacial statements (using Xero software)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
