Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Executive to oversee the efficient management and operation of a diverse portfolio of properties in the United Kingdom. As a Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the UK property market.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Portfolio Management:

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective operations, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance, including occupancy rates, rental income, and property value.
- Conduct regular property inspections, addressing any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants.

Tenant Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Facilitate lease renewals, negotiate lease terms, and manage lease agreements.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring effective cost control and revenue optimization.
- Monitor rent collection, oversee the billing process, and address any delinquencies or arrears.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Legal and Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure properties are in compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
- Manage legal issues related to leases, evictions, and tenant disputes in collaboration with legal counsel.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of the UK property market, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties, budgets, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.
