**Creative Designer**

**Client**: We are looking for a lively, fun Creative Designer for a super cool, creative and caring client of ours. A full-service engagement agency delivering magic for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, productionand technology. They are a communication, engagement and logístical agency for some of the world’s leading organizations.

**Purpose**:
**Job purpose**:
As an Artworker, your role has a broad range of responsibilities, centred predominantly on the production of final artwork for digital and print across a variety of clients and formats. You should ideally have demonstrable commercial experience within acreative studio working across different mediums. The role requires organisation and diligence with an impeccable eye for detail and our ethos of injecting an element of magic into everything we do. And, of course, we want you to bring your personality tostudio life and contribute to the vibe they are very proud of.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Support the Studio on the delivery of multiple priority briefs.
- Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly.
- A strong understanding of brand and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborative skills to work closely with colleagues as well as the client.
- Great progress reporting skills at every stage of the design and artwork process.
- Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
- Experience in creating digital art and assets (such as web banners).
- Effective time management including capturing and detailing project timesheets using Clockify (or any deployed company resource management tool)

**Client Governance**:

- Ensure compliance with client and company brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with client and company SLA’s.
- Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018 Regulations.

**General**:

- Work collaboratively with Peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all office support functions.
- Attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week
- Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within timeframes specified.
- Attend company training days as and when required.
- Attend company meetings as and when required.
