**About the role**

As Nursery Room Leader, you will be at the heart of our nursery, leading by example and contributing to the growth and development of our young children. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Inspiring Excellence**: Enable an environment where each child flourishes, ensuring their individual needs are met and their progress celebrated.
- **Guiding a Team**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated people, nurturing their talents and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- **EYFS**: You’ll get to collaborate with colleagues to design engaging and innovative activities for our young children.
