**What does the HR Co-ordinator job entail?**
- Generate and issue Contracts of Employment.
- Input new employees onto DriverCheck, YourHR and CashPoint systems.
- Create induction packs, including logins, then distribute to the relevant Line Manager.
- Ensure all relevant EWMG departments are issued with a weekly starter list, enabling them to plan FCA Training, Pinnacle logins and Compliance Hub set up.
- Obtain Training Plans for all new employees, assisting Line Managers in the creation of these, where required.
- Distribute pre-employment onboarding packs and gifts.
- Deliver online induction course each Monday.
- Collate all new starter paperwork including signed contracts, P45s, Induction Checklist and headshot photographs. Ensure all paperwork is stored/uploaded in the appropriate place.
- Management of the whole probationary process, completing probation check in meetings at weeks 1, 6, 13 and 20. Obtain 13 week and 26 week probation review forms from the Line Manager.
- Issue successful probation completion letters.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Update and maintain the Groups’ job descriptions and person specifications.
- Scan documents and employee files onto Laser Fiche.
- Support the department with the Group’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with prevailing employment legislation.
- Manage employee length of service milestones, issuing lapel badges and recognition letters.
- Process Ovation Awards.
- Managing the Health Surveillance process
- Manage Driver Check ensuring that recruits are checked via the portal/check for 6+ points
- Assistance with any other task as directed by HR Manager.

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Time management: 1 year (required)
- Managing Conflicting Priorities: 1 year (required)
- Liaising With Managers and Employees: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:
