Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing

**Your responsibilities as Night Porter will include and not limited to;**
- Complying to hotel regulations and policies
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to our guests
- Managing the security of our guests, staff and property throughout your shift including regular walk round audits
- Ensuring breakfast is set up correctly communicating with the kitchen and breakfast team
- Liasing with housekeeping and other departments and offering support if necessary
- Ensuring that all areas are kept well organised and fully stocked for the next shift
- Self-management, customer service, Health and Safety adherence

- This is a night position working 22:45 - 07:00

**Key Skills and attributes as an Engineering Maintenance Manager**
- You will be a confident and clear communicator
