**Behaviour Mentor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing strategies to address challenging behaviour
- Supporting pupils to develop coping mechanisms
- Improving pupils' social and emotional skills
- Working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop personalised support plans
- Providing one-to-one and group support to pupils
- Encouraging positive behaviour and reinforcing good habits

This role is paying between £110 - £150 per day depending on experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream or SEN setting
- A patient, empathetic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with young people
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in education
- A relevant qualification (such as a degree in Psychology or Education) is desirable but not essential
