**The Role**:
You will be based in our UK hub in Bispham, Lancashire, helping to expand our Healthcare venue partner portfolio much further afield in the U.S.A. & Canada.

As a NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization) strategic partner, we help Healthcare organizations create captivating cost-free, branded, and personalized publications — ultimately increasing brand awareness, referrals, and education, while saving them $$$

Over the past 3 years supporting the Healthcare industry, we have quickly established our company as a leading provider in a market experiencing huge growth, successfully establishing key relationships and advocates for the unique publications we create. These resources are used and adored by physicians, skilled nursing facilities and other referral partners.

Our target market is currently experiencing massive growth that will be sustained. Subsequently, Healthcare has been and will continue to be a key area of our continued planned growth. You will be joining at an incredibly exciting time, and you will play a key role in a vital area of our operations.

You will be working as part of a hugely successful, dynamic team, and you will be focused on developing, and nurturing existing venue partnerships and strategically targeting and establishing new partnerships. To be a success in this role you will have excellent communication skills, be a highly motivated, target driven innovator and strategic thinker with a proven record of accomplishment of pitching, securing, and developing new commercial partnerships and clients.

**Your responsibilities**:
Discovering, building, and mining a pipeline of potential clients through a variety of strategies and channels.

Developing relationships with existing venue partners to expand the partnership and nurture new business opportunities.

Continually identifying ways to improve results and partner engagement.

Preparing contracts and venue partner data to ensure adherence to established rules and guidelines.

Continuous updating of the company CRM.

What we are looking for in you:
Demonstrable business development experience in publishing/media/advertising is desirable.

A healthcare background and experience of working internationally, particularly North America, are also highly desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to confidently engage in face-to-face presentations with senior-level executives.

Proficiency in establishing meaningful relationships and leveraging these connections to expand your network of prospective clients and populate your pipeline.

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.

A positive, can-do attitude and passionate about your work.

The personality to thrive in a people-oriented job and excel at building relationships.

Strong business management skills.
