**The Company**
Our client is the UK’s largest national moving and storage company providing a large portfolio of services to a diverse range of customers and clients, including home owners, businesses and government departments. They started nearly 400 years ago and how developed and grown into a respected and trusted UK brand operating globally.
**The Role**
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support their customers and client’s logistics requirements. Adopting a holistic approach and understanding the customers needs you will be the main point of contact throughout the customer journey. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 - 5, no weekends.
**Responsibilities**
- One point customer contact throughout the customer journey.
- Understanding the customers’ needs and improve the customer experience.
- Maximise sales opportunity.
- Ability to up sell products and services.
- Work to company and legal standards when processing documentation.
- To deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times work to KPI’s ensuring targets are met.
- Take part in team meetings and briefings when planned.

- Proficient IT skills - Office, Word, Excel.
