We are currently looking for electricians to work to join our client’s property service team supporting their contact with local Authorities, within the Northwest of London, initially you will start as a temp for 12 weeks then go perm the hourly rate will be £20.50 - £21.50 per hour (depending on qualifications)

You will carry out responsive maintenance works in residents’ homes efficiently and to a high standard, while adhering to all health and safety requirements. The services you will provide will include but limited to repairing and replacing electrical fittings, diagnosing, and rectifying electrical faults within properties. We are looking for someone who is competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, have testing/ completing certification experience, educated to a minimum of city and guilds or equivalent work experience.

Good verbal and written communications skills. Owning a full set of tools and will ideal and have experience of working within a social housing environment. Testing qualification is desirable. Driving Licence essential.
