I Holland Limited have been in business for 75 years and are the most well-known producer of tablet punches and dies in the world.

Part time - Thursday and Friday 8:30 - 17:00 initially, with a view to increase in the future. To be discussed at interview.

We are looking for someone to provide a professional front of house Reception and Administrative service to meet the needs of the business, reflecting an outstanding Quality company by abiding to and portraying our ‘Core Values’. To liaise and coordinate with visitors, agents, sales staff and internal departments. Attention to detail along with accuracy is a key factor to this role, good literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

Principal duties & responsibilities

1. Answering the switchboard promptly in a professional manner and accurately directing calls to the correct personnel. Informing them of caller’s name and company details.

2. Management of the tannoy system and daily announcements.

3. Organisation and accurate distribution of all incoming post by 10.00 a.m. each morning.

4. Provision of typing, scanning, copying documents for personnel within I Holland, including all Directors and Managers.

5. Monitoring of Outlook system and calendars with regards to bookings of cars, meeting rooms.

6. Ensure all visitors are issued with a visitors’ badge before entering the main building to coincide with company Covid safety protocol and security regulations.

7. Organisation of outgoing mail to be completed and ready for collection by 4.30.

8. Monitor Contract Management Systems (CRM) to ensure customer and supplier database is updated as and when required.

9. Ensuring Reception and surrounding areas always remain tidy.

10. Be flexible with regards to lunch break to ensure cover is always available for switchboard.

11. To work within all Health and Safety, environmental and other company regulations.

As part of your role, you will learn and develop skills and be expected to cover and assist the Customer Service Administration team. A short list of complimentary Customer Service assistance duties can be found below. Professionalism, self-motivation, and initiative will be required at all times. Supervision will be given as required.
