Sacco Mann

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a number of experienced Costs Draftsman to join a leading firm of Solicitors at their office in central Leeds. The role would suit a Costs Draftsman with upwards of 3 years' costs drafting and negotiating experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed costs schedules, bills of costs and other relevant documents.
- Engage in negotiations with opposing parties to secure favourable settlements and agreements of costs matters.
- Working closely with fee earners to ensure effective costs management, adherence to budgets and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of costs budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and court requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Upwards of 3 years' costs drafting experience.
- Senor costs draftsmen with upwards of 10 years' experience can expect to reach the higher end of the salary bracket.
- Costs Lawyer qualification desirable but not essential.
