Boeing is hiring an **Airline Training Support Specialist** which will provide the necessary specialist administrative support to ensure that the Airline Training Program Manager & Project Mangers meet their goals and objectives.

This role will be tasked with handling a range of administrative support specifically to ensure the successful management of airline CBTA implementation training, maintain databases and ensuring effective administrative support for the CBTA Airline Training Specialists. The duties will include tasks such as creating presentations, writing reports, writing communications and performing related research.

This position may occasionally need to travel to other Boeing regional offices, but predominantly be based in the Boeing Cheshire office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day technical & administrative support for the CBTA Program Manager & the CBTA Airline Training Specialists to ensure the efficient implementation of the Boeing CBTA program into Boeing customer airlines.
- Participate & provide technical administrative support with cross-functional teams during projects and change programs.
- Prioritize and support the management of multiple tasks and relationships in a time & safety sensitive environment and track cases and solutions and assist with documentation and reporting needs of the team.
- Document progress, prepare reports, collate data and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to support and enhance airline readiness assessments & safety deployment training requirements, in coordination with other team members.
- Work collaboratively across organisations & teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain up to date progress records.
- Maintain meeting minutes, track and action items

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum of two years business experience supporting assigned business function
- Ability to work alone, unsupervised and to take initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple remote business areas
- Experience with managing multiple projects or processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in an airline flight operations department or similar would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of pilot training programs would be an advantage.
- Experience & understanding of time critical task management
- Experience in managing projects & programs.

**Relocation**

area of the Boeing facility in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, UK (8 miles south of Manchester airport) or relocate at their own expense.
