The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of the medical staffing rotas, including the on call rotas within the stated directories. This will include the development and on-going management of the out of hours and on call rotas for your designated specialty.

He/she will manage the sickness, annual leave, study leave and special leave for all medical staff within the Directorate with input and support from all Consultants and the Directorate management teams.
