The opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator for one of our well-known established clients in Widnes.

You will report into the Onsite Account Manager and be responsible for daily tasks are per below:

- Resourcing and Recruitment of warehouse and logistics staff
- Inducting new starters
- Carrying out staff reviews and return to works
- Supporting staff on-site
- Assisting with payroll and holiday processes
- Reporting daily, weekly and KPIs to management and site team
- Filing onsite documents and ensuring the site is compliant
- Carry out all individual tasks requested which are deemed a necessity of the business.

**Working Days & Times**:
Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm but with some flexibility

Pay rate : £24,000 per annum

**Essential Skills**:
Onsite experience

**Desirable Experience**:
Able to use office 365, create and run KPIS reports along with chairing monthly review meetings
