**Purpose of the Role**

To be a key member of the business support operations team and carry out various duties such as planning and scheduling jobs, ensuring jobs have accurate information, booking in waste disposal, dealing with customer enquiries, dealing with phone calls, producing non-complex quotes and any other administration tasks.

To ensure the operations work is planned in organised and run efficiently maximising utilisation and profitability on all units, whilst ensuring excellence is delivered to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering telephones.
- Be part of the on-call rota 1 week in 4 and assist in maintaining the rota.
- Raising new jobs on the database, dispatching job cards to crews and processing to invoice.
- Working with other departments and the sales team to resource their jobs, keeping them informed of progress.
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries and payments.
- Supporting Operations with checking the correct personnel and equipment is booked for the following days’ workload to avoid customer turn backs or wasted time.
- Completing job packs with collecting all the correct information (PO’s, waste, completed) ready for invoicing.
- Responsibility for the administration of the daily vehicle defect cross checking, equipment checks spread sheet to ensure all complaint.
- Dealing with customer feedback on completion of jobs to maintain and improve customer relations.
- Business support demands when required such as supporting the sales team with building of “noncomplex” quotations. Assistance / cover for invoicing, pricing basic jobs. Completion and flagging of jobs.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience with Excel essential.
- Knowledge of Office 365.

- Excellent administration skills are required.
