The role:
As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering and supporting their Individual Giving programme and creating new and engaging fundraising campaigns. Your responsibilities include:

- Campaign Delivery: Run and evaluate digital, mail, and telephone fundraising campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise tools like Donorfy and Power BI to enhance data-driven insights and optimise the Individual Giving programme.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and deliver projects.
- Innovation: Support the development and implementation of new tools and initiatives to drive income growth.
- Donor Engagement: Respond to donor inquiries and ensure a positive supporter experience.

Experience they are looking for:

- Charity Experience: Experience in managing direct marketing campaigns within a fundraising department. Knowledge and understanding of different donor types and motivations including regular giving, cash, payroll and legacy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign results, derive insights, and maximise future campaigns.
- Collaborative Working: Experience in delivering projects with internal and external partners.
- CRM Savvy: Proficient in working with CRM systems and digital fundraising tools.
- Creative Thinker: Bring a highly creative approach to proposing and developing campaign concepts.
