Tungsten Training is looking for an Electrical Trainer to join our team and enhance the delivery to our apprentices.

Tungsten Training is a construction training provider and offers a range of courses to upskill along with apprenticeships. Our Electrical apprentice tutors are responsible for the delivery, support, assessments, LMS, reviews, feedback and liaising with exam bookings. Building a great rapport with learners is a high priority.

Essential qualifications for this role:

- ECS Gold cardholder or hold equivalent qualifications
- TAQA assessor A1

Preferred Qualifications for this role:

- PTTLS
- IQA

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Be able to deliver all elements of the Level 3 5357 Electrotechnical qualification
- Be able to assess the required units of the Level 3 5357 Electrotechnical qualification
- Manage the learner’s progression using the LMS system, facilitate learner reviews, feedback, and monitor OTJ
- Meet the awarding scheme requirements and our follow our IQA requirements
- Book exams with our admin support
- Complete all marking including feedback
- Be prepared for all lessons, including practical sessions
- Develop and improve the apprenticeship, be organised and efficient
- Attend team meeting and ensure all action points are fulfilled

A minimum of 5 years site experience is required

A minimum of 3 years teaching experience is required

Full time role - Monday - Friday 8am till 4.30pm

**Salary**: From £45,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
