An **Aftersales Manager** is required for a state-of-the-art facility based in **Hampshire**, representing a versatile and premium brand with big ambitions for the future.
Offering you the best of both worlds; they are a family owned business so you will have full autonomy to run the business as you see fit and getting decisions from above is straight forward. In addition, they have a number of people working for them that havecome from large PLC environments so they are very structured and process driven.
**The Requirements**
For the role of Aftersales Manager, you **must** have experience working in a service or aftersales facility as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
You will also need to have a proven stable background in the automotive industry that shows resilience and persistence in any given situation.
**Salary and Benefits**
You will be put onto a basic salary of **£45,000 - £50,000**, with a realistic **OTE of £58,000 - £63,000**. You will also be given a company vehicle as well as many other benefits.
The working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, Saturday's are not a requirement but may be required as cover as and when.
