Static Security Guard

42hr working week (4 on - 4 off rota)

We are delighted to be working with a very exciting client and have several Static Security Officer positions on a long term contract.

We require confident, presentable and out-going personalities with a 'can do' attitude

**Requirements**:

- A high standard of physical fitness due to the nature of the site
- Smart appearance
- Reliability and trustworthy
- Proactive Onsite Crime Prevention
- Controlling of Access Points
- Visitors Vehicle Checks
- Professional Static and Foot Patrol
- Deterring of trespassers, vandals and thieves
- Diminish site vulnerability
- A mature and responsible attitude at work
- A polite and courteous demeanour
- Responsive to alarms and calls of distress
- Ability to write short reports and follow written instructions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in an effective manner
- Ability to challenge people when necessary

MUST hold as a minimum:

- SIA Licence with relevant Fist Aid qualification (FAW as a minimum)
- Full Driving License

Desirable:

- Former military background would be advantageous.
