**About the Repairs Planner role: **

Reporting to the Repairs Planner Manager you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources to deliver repairs and maintenance for our customers.
As part of a small team of planners, you will provide an exceptional resource planning service to our customers, providing them with prompt, professional and accurate information, conducting outbound calls to update on the progress of service request and ensure that information is updated on the appropriate systems accurately and in a timely manner.

**As our Repairs Planner, you will have**:

- knowledge/experience of using Dynamic scheduling system is preferred but training can be provided for the right person- experience of having previously worked within a Repairs and Maintenance environment is desirable
- strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and reactive workload- a positive and flexible attitude- the ability to demonstrate reliability, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own. proficient IT knowledge and understanding- a good standard of education with a GCSE (or equivalent) in English and mathematics at level C or above and the ability to demonstrate suitable work experience necessary for delivering the role.
