**Data Entry Administrator**

Exciting opportunity to work within an energetic and exciting, media driven establishment based in **White Cityon a 3-month basis.**

Pay rates from **£13 - £15 per hour**

Duration**:3 months**

Location**:London/remote**

**Hybrid working** 1-2 days in the office is preferred although there is potential to work remotely once training is completed.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Supporting the maintenance and analysis of large datasets in Excel
- Undertaking data entry into spreadsheets and WhatsOn to a high level of accuracy.
- Make use of data reports and ideally, functionality in Excel such as lookups, formulae and pivots to support efficient ways of working
- Pulling reports from the scheduling system to supporting the maintenance, interrogation and analysis of commercial licencing and BBC iPlayer data
- Excellent attention to detail, backed up by evidence of inputting and checking large volumes of information within systems
- Excellent IT skills with experience of and confidence in database systems and Excel (Pivot tables and lookups)
- Judgement to escalate matters where necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised approach to managing own workload and excellent time management, planning and prioritising skills
- Experience with more advanced Excel functionality to help us manage large datasets efficiently including lookups, formulae and pivot tables
- Experience working in broadcast/ on-demand scheduling systems and / or an understanding of TV/ VOD licencing
