**We are seeking a Rough Sleepers Recovery Worker**

**Where**:Covering North Northamptonshire. Therefore essential car usage and access to a vehicle is a requirement due to the travel involved.

**Hours**:37.5

**Salary**: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 Pro Rata (CGL Scale 23 - 28) dependent on experience

This is a 2 year fixed term contract

**Responsibilities**:
**Overview**:
The team is here to offer compassionate support for drug and alcohol misuse, mental health prevention, and comprehensive housing assistance to those experiencing rough sleeping in North Northants. Our primary goal is to connect with these individuals, understand their barriers and unmet needs, and guide them towards recovery and social stability with care and understanding.
