Are you engaging, inspiring and have great interpersonal skills? Are you experienced working with people in a care based environment?

Masterclass Education are working exclusively with a large amount of Primary and SEN schools across the Worthing area who require ad-hoc classroom support You are able to choose what days would work for you as we are able to be completely flexible, however, the day times remain the same at 8.30-3.30.

We are looking for dynamic people who are confident to embrace new challenges each day. You will be used to working with children and be keen to learn new skills and build relationships.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**
- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**
- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**
- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling pupils to feel relaxed and happy**
- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**
- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**
- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people

**How to Apply**:
