Are you a Corporate Finance Manager looking to be recognised as an expert in what you do, where you will be responsible for overseeing multi million pound takeovers, with autonomy and clear routes to progress further within a market leading top 40 firm?

In this role you will oversee the corporate finance operation, including the preparation of due diligence, advising on business acquisitions, provide valuations and financial analysis. The importance of due diligence and providing MBOs / MBIs is at the forefrontof this role, so a strong knowledge of this is vital.

Due to success and expansion the company are part of the Top 40 UK Accountancy Firm umbrella, making them a highly desirable employer. With no plans of the expansion slowing down and great employee retention, this is a very exciting time to get on boardand play a key part in driving success further forward, as they look towards a bright and profitable future.
This role would suit a Corporate Finance Manager with a strong background in due diligence and business acquisitions, who is looking for the status and autonomy that a senior role brings, within an exceptional Top 40 Firm.

**The Role**:

- Preparation of due diligence and advising on MBOs & MBIs
- Provide valuations and financial analysis
- Head up the Financial team, including leading meetings across all levels of the business

- ACA / ACCA qualified
