**Research Support Officer**:

**1-year Fixed Term, Part-time**

This is a customer-focused role which will be providing excellent support and advice to both academics and departmental staff submitting research publications, advising on open access terms and conditions, and maximising cost recovery to ensure the ongoing compliance of St Marys growing research portfolio.

The key to the success of this role will be the ability to forge close and proactive working relationships across the research services teams and with university’s academics, departmental staff, as well as external collaborators and funders. The post holder joins at an exciting time in developing services for a broader range of innovation activities, with the expectation that this portfolio will expand and evolve.
