There is extensive undergraduate medical student teaching, and the Trust has active research links with the Universities of Manchester, Lancaster and Central Lancashire.
The appointee must have the following:
- MRCP or equivalent postgraduate general medical experience.
- Full GMC registration
- Ablility to gain CCT within 6 months of appointment in Neurology or equivalent training obtained outside the EU leading to entry on the specialist register.
- A wide range of clinical experience in neurology and subspecialty expertise.
- Evident of commitment to audit.
