Our client based on the outskirts of Dover is recruiting a Permanent Chef de Partie for an immediate start working on a 4 on 2 off rotation.

Duties include:
Prepare and cook fresh food daily

Able to work efficiently and to a high standard in a busy kitchen

Comply with health and safety standards and keep a record.

Stock control and ordering

Maintain Kitchen

Knowledge of HACCP, COSH and allergens desirable.

The successful applicants will need a minimum of 2 years kitchen experience.

£11.50ph
