**Administration Department**

You will be working in an environment where speed and accuracy is essential. The department is responsible for the prompt issuing of insurance documentation (predominantly let property and motorcycle business) to clients and requesting paperwork back. You will also need to establish a good working relationship with the various insurance companies.

Role includes:
Checking and issuing new business and renewed Insurance Policies

Updating policy booklets with correct contact details

Requesting documents from Customers

Liaising with Insurance Companies

General administrative duties: file scanning, incoming and outgoing post

Reception duties

Skills Needed:
Polite and presentable appearance

Computer literacy

Highly organised

Excellent team player

Ability to work to targets and strict deadlines

Stay calm under pressure

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6:00pm

**Salary**:
£19,760.00 pa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
