Multi Skilled Tradesman

Overview:

- Full driving licence required
- Sub contractor position (UTR required)

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting, power tools, electrical work, fabrication, masonry, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, welding, and using hand tools. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Use power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders to complete various construction and repair projects
- Fabricate structures or components using various materials and techniques
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying, tiling, and concrete repairs
- Utilize carpentry skills to construct or repair structures such as cabinets, doors, or furniture
- Install or repair roofs using appropriate materials and techniques
- Handle plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures, repairing leaks, and clearing clogs
- Utilize hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers for various tasks

**Skills**:

- Proficient in painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Strong familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Experience in fabricating structures or components from different materials
- Skilled in masonry work including bricklaying and concrete repairs
- Proficient in carpentry techniques for construction or repair projects
- Knowledge of roofing materials and installation methods
- Understanding of plumbing systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with various hand tools and their proper use

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
