At Dumpton Park Nissan we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our friendly and busy service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new and exciting challenge. It is a fast paced and enjoyable customer facing role.

You will be working within a small and friendly aftersales team, as part of the role you will need to meet and greet our customers, identifying their service requirements and see the customer through on their journey in the aftersales department.

Also you will be required to help cover our parts department, therefore excellent communication skills are a prerequisite. As well as assist our sales department when they become busy.

We are looking for someone with customer service experience for this role, along with positivity, enthusiasm, drive and having a customer centric attitude are essential attributes.

A full driving licence is preferable, as is the ability to work well within our current team.

Working hours are 08.30-17:30 Monday - Friday and every Saturday 8:30-12:30

Salary starting from: £23,300 per year
