Furniture Salesperson

We are looking for a full time salesperson with experience in the furniture industry to run a new branch as part of our established business. The role is 7 days a week 9am-6pm with basic wage as well as commission based on sales performance and meeting targets. This is a very lucrative opportunity for the right person willing to work hard.

Salesperson

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English, ability to deal with a variety of people.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in furniture sales.
- Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions
- Strong time management and organizational skills

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
