**FM/Maintenance - Commercial buildings**

Resourcing Group is working with a Large FM Contractor based in the West Midlands. The company work with in the Public Sector, maintaining public sector commercial buildings such as libraries, schools, police stations to name a few.

The position is available for 2 people who are qualified to NVQ or City and Guilds level with in Plumbing and the works will include carrying out both PPM and responsive maintenance and repairs in live working environments.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Working with in live settings, carrying out small works and reactive repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring that the buildings are maintained and compliant in line with legislation's

**Essential**:

- NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing
- Asbestos awareness (if you do not have this, we can put you on a 1 hour course )

Full UK Driving License

**This is a permanent role, available for an immediate start and the contractor is offering a company van, fuel card and uniform too.**
