**The role**:
- Survey/Measure Up for a variety of domestic lift solutions. Undertaking compliant paperwork, risk assessments, creating method statements and plan drawings.
- Prepare detailed sketches and floor plans of property layouts
- Inspecting the overall condition of a property and taking the appropriate steps to ensure this will not affect the planned installation work
- Use of photographic survey kits where required.
- Writing technical reports/surveys that can be easily understood and followed
**What we are looking for**:
- Ideally we are looking for someone with a stairlift background for example an engineer who is looking to move into a surveyor role.
- Caring and understanding to customer needs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to accurately measure and read technical drawings.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Identification of building works and specification of work required.
- Good grounding on Health & Safety.
- Self motivated and able to manage and plan own workload.
- Good level of IT knowledge - Microsoft Office.
- Excellent people skills and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence. Vehicle and fuel card will be provided for this role.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Mobility Aid: 2 years (preferred)
- Social Care Industry: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
