**25k base salary + uncapped commission (OTE 35K in your first year).**

**Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**:
- Researching client profiles.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Writing job advertisements.
- Attending virtual and in-person client meetings.
- LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting.
**Requirements of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**:
- University degree educated (preferred but not essential).
- 6 months previous sales/commercial experience (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive personality.
- Financially driven and target driven.
- Resilient with a 'can do’ attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills
- ability to network and build relationships.
- Confident telephone manner.
