Shift pattern will include evenings and weekends, so the role is ideal for students

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the academy's curriculum and skill levels of the students.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their techniques and reach their goals.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment for all members.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience in martial arts is essential.
- A passion for working with children and helping them develop their sport and life skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant coaching certifications are a plus.

**Pay Rates**:the pay rates will adhere to the national minimum wage, with the potential to earn up to £20 per hour based on experience and performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £7.48-£19.51 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
