About the roleHere’s a great opportunity for a Delivery Management Officer to join our Delivery Management Office, on a 6-month basis.
Facilitating and driving quantification and realisation rigor into the development lifecycle of programmes that support the Product Operating Model and the outcomes aligned to the Agile Release Train (ART). The Delivery Management Office will work on tracking value realised across a broad scope of programmes and transformation activities across the agile release trains.
Among its key responsibilities are collaboration with the Lead DMO, Senior DMO and Release Train Engineer (RTE), as well as working with teams within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as appropriate. This role will support governance within ARTs focusing on budget, value management, objectives, and goal setting.

- About youWe’re looking for someone with the ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
You’ll have a working knowledge of effective governance and assurance, with an outline understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and/or other agile delivery. With the ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences to help decision making and visualise dependencies
You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and can handle the unexpected with flexibility. As well as using dashboards, to analyse data and present it in a way that tells a story.
You’ll also be confident in:
- Understanding of value realisation frameworks
- Knowledge of agile / scrum
- Proven track record of working with a cross-functional process or IT delivery team in a large Enterprise environment.
- Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps and Programme management lifecycle methodologies and standards.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills across all stakeholder groups.
