**About us**

Three Sixty Property Management Solutions Ltd is a small family-run business based in Slough, Berkshire. We are a fast-growing tech-heavy company. We manage over 450 properties in various locations.

Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including:
**Plumbing**:To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.

**Electrical**: replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, installing alarms, doorbells, security cameras and thermostats.

**Decorating**: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.

**Repairs and Maintenance**: installing cabinets, doors, countertops and flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood and laminate [website] aspects including damaged window frames.

**Gardening**: mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes and trees, weeding, watering flower beds and repairing border walls and fences.

**Qualifications**

**Multiskilled (**Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians) with broad variety of household jobs.

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Home counties/ West London/ South Midlands

**Experience**:

Must have a uk driving license

Must speak english
