**The ROLE**:
The incumbent will be accountable for the outcome of each shift, undertaking general and specific cleaning tasks/jobs as well as becoming the point of contact for the Operational Team Leader.

This position exists in our company due to the need to have operatives that are accountable for the day-to-day cleaning process in our contracts. You will be required to travel to multiple sites across Worcestershire area.

He/She must be ambassadors in demonstrating Best in Class conduct and producing the best cleaning standards possible every time - as a business, we benefit from the success of whoever fills this position by achieving total client satisfaction.

**You Must**:

- **Have the right to work in the UK.**:

- **Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS.**:

- **Be at least 18 years old.**:

- **Needs to be a driver.**:

- **1-2 years of Professional Cleaning experience in both commercial and residential**

**Job-Specific Skills**:

- Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or handle a team
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
- Organized and able to follow the schedule
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of attendance monitoring/tracking system
