HR Associate Administrator

**Salary**: £20,000 to £24,000 FTE depending on experience

Location: Slough, Hybrid

**Job Type**: Part time (21 hours)

As a HR Associate Administrator you’ll be part of the team who support NFER Associates. NFER Associates are a pool of around 1000 workers who support our core projects and assessments on a flexible and temporary basis.

You will be responsible for the whole life-cycle of HR administration for NFER Associates, and be the first point of contact for our Associates. You’ll support them during the recruitment process, oversee their onboarding journey and respond to any of their HR-related queries. Your people-first HR administrative service will ensure they get the best experience while they work with NFER.

This hands-on role is most suited to someone who is person-centred, has an eye for detail, is a good communicator and can work at pace. The role provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a HR environment and to support in shaping and delivering our administrative practice.

We are looking for some who can bring the following:
An eagerness to learn

Ability to operate at pace while ensuring attention to detail

Proven HR administration or support experience

Experience using Microsoft 365 platforms
