**Our Role**

As Senior UX Strategist you will lead on developing the overarching experience delivered by our leading-edge healthcare solutions, considering taxonomy, navigation, interaction design and business/user processes. You will lead on the experience definition and delivery for a wide range of products and services, fully aligned to the CX strategy and business objectives of the product or programme.

You will expertly leverage user-centred design methodologies to translate user needs, context of use, business objectives and technology capabilities in order to create a best-in-class experience for our target audiences, and oversee the delivery of these experiences by the broader UX team. You will continually work to develop not just your own skillset, but that of the broader UX function and cross-discipline team members across the agency and the wider Havas Lynx Group.

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- From day one you will lead on a series of experience-driven initiatives alongside the creative agency business units, gaining exposure to a broad range of varying experience-driven workstreams and working alongside differing disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. You will learn and develop key UX expertise that will build on your strong UX foundations.
- Have a full knowledge of the brands you work on and advocate for how UX strategy plays into bigger picture thinking within the CX and brand funnel
- Advocate for how optimised UX can improve business outcomes, being able to articulate the direct connection between the two
- Quickly assess and identify pain points and areas for improvement based on performance analytics and category understanding
- Recognise the wider brand architecture within which these user experiences operate and understand how to connect the dots
- Be the voice of the patient or HCP and understand how the experience should remain best-in-class at all times
- Articulate the value of a refined UX process throughout the tactical ideation and development stages of any programme of work
- Take a leading role in the implementation of participatory user testing activities within the project lifecycle in order to elicit meaningful insights that will inform product design.
